Ana Maria Casas is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and a member of the Construction, Projects & Assets practice. She is based in Miami, Florida. Ms. Casas has extensive experience in executing major engineering and construction projects, with specific focus on project management, cost controls, and contract management.

Ms. Casas has been retained by legal counsel to provide independent expert opinion on matters of delay and damages. She also assists owners, contractors, and other contracting parties on ongoing projects with project controls, risk management, contract administration, dispute resolution, and other commercial support services. 

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Casas worked for several large international contractors where she held various project leadership roles. Her project experience ranges from US $100 million to US $8 billion.
