Enrique Molina is an associate in the International Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. Molina's practice focuses on the resolution of complex international disputes.
He represents and advises clients in investor-State arbitrations under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, and SCC rules; international commercial arbitrations under the ICC, AAA-ICDR, LCIA, HKIAC, and SIAC rules, among others; and in arbitration-related litigations before State and Federal courts in the United States.
In addition, he regularly assists clients with jurisdictional planning, as well as with dispute prevention and management strategies. His experience, spanning nearly a decade, covers a range of industries, including mining, LNG (liquefied natural gas), renewable energy, telecommunications, banking and finance, air transportation, and hospitality.
